A Note from Our Founder
I began my career as a software engineer at Robert Bosch, trained by some of the best. Working with Japanese and German clients taught me early on that Lean Six Sigma wasn’t just a buzzword — it was a way of working. Over the years, I held roles across multinational companies and ultimately became a technical writer, where I saw firsthand the power of clear, structured documentation. But it was during my time at a startup that I uncovered the real gap: SMEs struggling with scattered knowledge, inconsistent processes, and compliance risks. Templates didn’t work, consultants were too expensive, and DIY approaches left businesses vulnerable. That’s why I founded The DocXpert — to make governance and documentation affordable, practical, and usable every day — so that the clarity and confidence enjoyed by large corporations can be accessible to every SME.
